My Approach
My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for your unique journey. I work from a trauma-informed, person-centered, and a relational and attachment-focused perspective, drawing from somatic practices, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (parts work).
I often blend a body-first approach with evidence-based therapies to support both nervous system regulation and emotional healing. This means exploring ways to soothe your body as a pathway to relieving your mind. This might include mindfulness, grounding techniques, self-compassion practices, or gentle exploration of the patterns that shape your inner world and relationships.
In our sessions, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, creating space to slow down and tune into what your body and emotions are trying to tell you. Some sessions I am there just to listen, while other sessions can be used to gently untangle the threads that create your inner world. We will honour your needs as they evolve each day.
I am committed to providing support that is gender-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming, where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll build on your resilience, deepen self-understanding, and create pathways toward stability, connection, and authentic growth.
